Saltillo Restoration

Saltillo restoration was performed for a client of ours in Irving. Ms Layton had extensive damage as a result of water damage from broken plumbing. As the pictures illustrate it was in very bad shape. We initially stripped it all the way down to the raw tile. Next, we addressed the efflorescence and stained the Mexican tiles to suit our client’s tastes. Lastly, we applied several coats of a very durable sealer. Ms Layton was ecstatic with the results!
